99% of people show up wanting to do their best. Unfortunately, it doesn't always feel that way to the people around them. Through hands-on activities, we'll dive into the impact of personality preferences on individual and team behavior. Discover how to actively support your teammates to excel and find personal fulfillment by embracing these insights.

On-line prework will provide you with in-depth personalized insights into how you process information, make decisions, get your energy and structure your day. We will apply those insights to how teams operate and learn strategies that will enhance the overall team experience and output.

Note: Participants are required to complete a 25-minute on-line experience that will help them define their personality type preferences. Failure to complete this experience will reduce the effectiveness of the session for themselves and others in their table groups.

Learning Objectives:

  1. **Identify and Analyze Personality Types**: Participants will learn to accurately identify their own personality type as well as recognize the personality types of others through observation and interaction.
  2. **Adapt Behaviors for Team Enhancement**: Learners will develop the skills to adjust their behaviors in a way that empowers all team members to contribute their best work, ensuring a collaborative and productive team environment.
  3.  **Value Diversity in Team Dynamics**: Attendees will cultivate an appreciation for diversity of thought and approach within teams, understanding how these differences enhance creativity, problem-solving, and overall team effectiveness.
